I am currently reading "A History of the American People" (Paul Johnson) for my History class at school. I would recommend it if you like history and want to see God's hand at work in American History. Also, "Taking Sex Differences Seriously" by Steven Rhoades is my leisure read of the week. I would defenitely recommend it to anyone who thinks that scientific differences between men and women do not exist... and anyone who does and just wants loads of encouragement in their theories. I have read Ragamuffin Gospel and really enjoyed it. I would recommend that as well. I, too, am listening to David Crowder since Amanda finally returned my CD :)

I am currently touring the Archaeological Study Bible that has been recently released. It is an exceptional resource material as it lends much insight into the historicity and reliability of God's Holy Writ; included is a vast collection of articles and charts focusing on specific documents, artifacts, places, misc. info, etc. pertaining to each book/era of Biblical canon.
*Also of interest to some may be:
Archbishop James Ussher's The Annals of the World, an excellent tome on world history from Creation to 70 A.D.
*And perhaps of interest to some:
The Pentagon's New Map by Thomas P.M. Barnett, for those who desire info on war and peace in the 21st century- specifically the new face of war and ever-shifting overlapping theaters of operation.

I'm reading Money and Banking! Can I get a w00t w00t? Or not. Do not recommend.

For leisure, I'm working through classics I never read as a child and should have. Currently, I'm reading Grapes of Wrath.

I'm listening to Lovedrug and trying to acquire (read: beg/borrow/steal) Derek Webb music. His music is rather disconcerting...in a very good way that convicts me, makes me think, and stirs me to action.

Sweet, thanks, I'll have to mooch. :D

But have you heard any of his new stuff? The stuff that he sings on his own? Wowza, he's almost brutal.
